    INTRODUCTION                                                                                       

  The project "The water we want" calls students (10 -15 years old) to explore the importance of any form of water heritage, both natural and cultural, tangible and intangible, creatively.

AIMS

  change the mindset of people and inspire new behaviours and attitudes to be more respectful of nature and promote awareness of all water uses

  make young people aware of environmental problems

  stimulate students to find possible solutions to environmental problems

  promote the ability to work in a team and improve the ability to act independently

  improve decision making and problem solving through interaction with others

  develop ICT and English language skills

  develop collaborative and interpersonal skills

  develop communication and critical thinking skills

  help teachers to network, learn how to run projects and make use of Twinspace functionalities

 

 

EXPECTED RESULTS

students to be more responsible and to get more involved in the management of this important vital resource of life: water

 students will learn to manage obstacles more effectively, does their own research and comes up with practical solutions about the topics.

develop digital content: word clouds, an e-dictionary, a collection, a story book, a comic book, a calendar, sing a song for the climate Teachers:

have better understanding of project management

know how to use Twinspace

make international connections with educators from abroad

develop their IT skills Students:

understand the need to be eco-friendly

develop their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills

increase their linguistic abilities
